Etchingfacility is realized using
- Mitsubishi PLCs, servos, with Beijer HMIs
- Unitronics PLCs
- Matrikon OPC-server for MES-interfaces, with various C#-middlewares.
- Pilz safety-system PLCs (PNOz)
Currently this equipment is supported onsite, if and when issues needs troubleshooting.
