What helps me answer quickly
- What the machine makes or handles, and at what rate.
- What is not working today, or what the new machine has to do.
- The control platform in use, if there is one — Beckhoff, Siemens, Trio Motion, CoDeSys or other.
- Any deadline you are working towards.
- A photo or short video of the machine, if you have one — it usually says more than a page of description.
